Tori is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director of ABA with more than 10 years of experience in the field and 8 years of experience as a certified BCBA. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Purdue University and her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University.
Tori specializes in developing effective behavior reduction plans and crisis management strategies, with a strong focus on compassionate, individualized care that supports meaningful progress for clients and families. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to helping individuals build independence and improve quality of life through evidence-based behavioral interventions and collaborative clinical leadership. She is passionate about mentoring clinical teams and creating supportive environments that promote both client success and professional growth.
Outside of work, Tori enjoys spending time with her pets, reading, traveling, and hiking.
