Welcome to the hub! All new and existing Carolina Therapeutics patients come here to create and access their personal client account. If you need assistance in getting set up or have questions about your account – reach out! We’re here to support you.
New Patients
The very first step of the therapy journey for you or your loved one is to create an account within our encrypted, web-based, and HIPAA-Compliant Electronic Medical Records system called ClinicSource.
Creating a ClinicSource account is easy. Simply complete our brief enrollment form to create an account.
Existing Patients
Login to ClinicSource in order to:
- Access therapy records
- View upcoming appointments
- Review policies and procedures
- Receive task notifications
Bill Pay
Help support our practice in being paperless and log in to Kareo to securely pay your bill with a credit card. If you have any questions or need support, please contact us.
