Justin’s passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities began while working for a nonprofit organization that provided residential services to adults. During that time, he discovered how meaningful it was to help others—especially while coordinating a prom that celebrated the individuals he served. That experience inspired him to pursue a career in behavior analysis.
Justin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lander University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism at Ball State University. Outside of work, Justin enjoys collecting sports cards and running a small sports card business!
