Registered Behavior Technician
Caitlyn is originally from Columbia, SC and attended Winthrop University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology. While in college, she was a member of Arts in Medicine, a school club that volunteered at Piedmont Medical Center that focused on introducing pediatric patients to various art forms. Volunteering in this setting is where Caitlyn discovered her love for helping introduce children to new skills and opportunities. Caitlyn has experience working with learners of various ages, including early learners and school aged kids. She has professional experience working in childcare facilities, in-home on a 1:1 basis, and in the 1:1 clinical therapeutic setting.
Caitlyn took her first job in ABA Therapy on a whim and instantly fell in love with the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Her passion pushed her to pursue and complete her graduate-level coursework on her path to becoming a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). She is now focusing on completing her supervision hours to sit for her certification examination.
Caitlyn enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her fur baby. In her free time, she enjoys all things makeup and jewelry making.
