Vandala is originally from Rockingham, North Carolina. She graduated from ECU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and later earned her degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from Pitt Community College.
Vandala comes from a geriatric background with over 16 years of experience and has recently transitioned to the world of pediatrics. She is experienced in working with multidisciplinary therapy teams and enjoys the hands-on treatment involved with the pediatric population, incorporating play into everyday tasks. Vandala loves watching a child become more confident and achieve their goals.
When she isn’t working, Vandala enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outside, working with her plants, and crafting.
