Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders from the University of Alabama and a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi. Sarah is licensed to practice speech-language pathology in both North Carolina and South Carolina and is currently completing her clinical fellowship with Carolina Therapeutics.
Throughout her graduate education, Sarah gained clinical experience in a variety of settings including elementary schools, acute care rehabilitation, and in the university clinic where she has assessed and treated clients across the lifespan with a diverse range of communication and swallowing needs including expressive and receptive language, articulation, fluency, pragmatics, feeding, and cognition. She loves working with children and their families, utilizing evidence-based treatment to help them achieve their therapy and communication goals.
In her free time, Sarah loves spending time with friends and family, reading, baking, and playing with her sweet dog, Delphi!
