Lindsey is originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and later moved to Atlanta to attend Emory University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Health and Sociology. She then returned to her home state to pursue a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from The University of Tennessee.
During her graduate studies, she completed several clinical rotations, including one at Carolina Therapeutics, which sparked her passion for working with the pediatric population. After graduating, Lindsey relocated to Charlotte to begin her career as an occupational therapist. She enjoys working with children with a variety of diagnoses, including Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, sensory processing disorder, emotional regulation challenges, developmental delays, and visual-perceptual and fine motor difficulties. She finds great fulfillment in using play-based, child-centered approaches to foster meaningful connections with children and their families, supporting each child’s journey towards independence and success. Lindsey is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
When she’s not working, Lindsey enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé and their golden retriever. She also loves traveling, watching sports, exploring new restaurants, and connecting with friends and family.
