Originally from West Chester, Pennsylvania, Emily traveled south to the University of South Carolina in Columbia to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health. During her time at the University of South Carolina, she was a member of the swimming and diving team for all 4 years and enjoyed traveling to schools across the SEC with her teammates to compete.
She subsequently earned her master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University, and gained valuable clinical experience in a variety of settings both during and after graduate school, including school environments (elementary, middle, and high school), private practices, via tele-health, and in homes.
Emily is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina, and has gained considerable experience evaluating and treating children throughout her clinical and professional background.
Emily currently resides in the Fort Mill area and has loved the southern weather and hospitality for several years now! Outside of work, Emily loves to drink coffee, read books, explore the city with her soon-to-be husband, and play with her Golden Retriever, Calvin.
